A licensed researcher, authorized under the relevant regulatory body, must complete this testing in accordance with applicable law.
You further agree not to change, alter, modify, adulterate, or misbrand any product you buy from us under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. You also agree not to introduce our products into interstate commerce in violation of sections 404, 505, or 512 of that Act.
